matches found, then the matching
names. Go to Step 8.
No match is found.
Announcement that no matches were
found, then prompt for the next
extension or Group List.
Return to Step 6.

Choose an option:
Select the correct entry.
Extension number for future reference,
then prompt for the next extension or
Group List. Return to Step 6.
If more than five matches are found,
Repeat Step 8.

entries.
