The current number of trunks in this trunk group that are busy on
outbound calls. OUTBOUND includes ADJUNCTOUT.

Trunk group tables
The number of outbound calls that were carried by this TKGRP and were
completed during the collection interval. OUTCALLS includes
COMPLETED, O_ABNCALLS, O_ACDCALLS, O_OTHERCALLS,
TRANSFERRED, and SHORTCALLS. OUTCALLS = O_ACDCALLS +
O_ABNCALLS + O_OTHERCALLS.
This is a cumulative item.
