3.3 Making ITSP Calls
The following section shows you how to make and receive calls via a connection to the PSTN.
This example covers:
• Connecting to ITSP - configuring the outbound line group (connection settings) from the
X6004 to the ITSP.
• Dialing Rule for ITSP - creating a rule which the tells the X6004 when to use the ITSP
connection when completing outbound calls.
• LCR to Authority Group Assignment - giving extensions the right to make outbound
calls via the ITSP connection.

3.3.1 Connecting to ITSP
The following section introduces how to configure a connection to the ITSP. This example
assumes that the X6004 has a network connection to the SIP server at your ITSP. The
following figure shows the network configuration used in this example.
