33.5 Personal IVR Call Forward & Blacklist
The following figure describes the Call Forward & Blacklist Menu. From IVR Main, press
number 2 on your phone keypad to enter the Call Forward & Blacklist Menu. This menu
allows you to enable the Do Not Disturb, Blind Forward, Busy Forward, No Answer
Forward, After Office Hours (forward) and Blacklist functions. You can also specify the
telephone extension you want your calls forwarded to or alternatively you can choose to
forward calls to your voicemail.

configure office hours settings for individual extensions.
