time that it backs up the customer database.

Performing a datadump using Element Manager
From within Element Manager (see Figure 84 on page 366 for details on
logging in), do the following:
1 Choose Tools > Backup and Restore > Call Server from the navigator.
2 The Call Server Backup and Restore web page opens, as shown in
Figure 57 on page 172.

3 Select Backup.
The Call Server Backup web page appears (see Figure 166 on
page 376).
4 Select Backup from the Action drop-down list box.
5 Click Submit.
The message displays indicating “Backup in progress. Please wait...”
6 Click OK in the EDD complete dialog box.
The Backup function displays information in a tabular form indicating the
actions that were performed.
