CODE_E164_TYPE If the destination URI is a E.164 number then
this field lists the type of the resultant E.164
number.

CODE_NUMPLAN_IND Indicates the type of numbering plan used.
These are defined in the
CODE_NUMPLAN_IND_DATA.txt table.
The ISDN PRI is provisioned in the outdial
pattern. The directory server sends the NPI
value to the SIP Proxy. The SIP proxy adds the
NPI value to the outgoing SIP INVITE and send it
to the gateway chosen to make the outgoing
call.
If an NPI value is provisioned it forces an NPI
value to be added to the outgoing call
parameters or override an existing NPI value. A
populated NPI is sent in the
routSearchResponse.
