code_feature_type
The code_feature_type table provides a list of all of the calling features
available for a network.
Configure the default for example:

CODE_FEATURE_TYPE_ID A unique identification number for the
calling feature.

CODE_FEATURE_NAME The name for a specific calling feature. String
ACCESS_CODE The default access code to be dialed for a
specific feature (for example, *88)
