Configuring dial_plan The dial_plan table provides a list of all of the configured phone numbers
(or groups of phone numbers) which makes it so an end user do not have
to dial the OK button on their phone to place a call.
Add one row for each dial plan:

The dial_plan_rule_map table provides a mapping of each dial plan and
dial rule.
