erl_elin_map
The erl_elin_map table provides a mapping of each Emergency Response
Location with all Emergency Line ID Numbers.
Add one row for each ERL to ELIN mapping:

erl_es_number_map
The erl_es_number_map table provides a mapping of each Emergency
Response Location with all Emergency Line ID Numbers.
Add one row for each ERL to Emergency Service mapping:
