cos_name
The cos_name table provides a list of all of the Class of Service names and
is used to configure trunk to trunk calling.
Add one row for each Class of Service:

Column Name Description Value
COS_NAME_ID A unique identification number for the Class
of Service.

COS_NAME The name for a specific Class of Service. String
TRUNK_TO_TRUNK A unique identification number for the Class
of Service element pattern. This is linked to
the CODE_BW_LIST_TYPE table.
1 - blacklist (Trunk to Trunk is disabled)
2 - whitelist (Trunk to Trunk enabled)
