Configuring dial_rule The dial_rule table provides a list of all of the dial rules, which are used to
configure dial plans.
Add one row for each dial rule:

DIAL_RULE_ID A unique identification number for the Dial Rule. Integer

waits for another digit to be dialed before it

PATTERN_VALUE This is a defined string of numbers. When the
defined string of numbers dialed matches a
configured pattern, the phone number being
