6 Insert two #10 x 2.5 cm (#10 x 1 in.) round-head wood screws in the other two slotted holes.
7 Insert a #10 x 2.5 cm (#10 x 1 in.) round-head wood screw in one of the unslotted holes.
8 Tighten all five screws.
