WARNING—NO Main Split Assigned to One or More Line Groups.
Effect on Call Management:
Calls coming in on lines with no main splits
assigned to them go unanswered.
Possible cause
You have not finished
assigning agent splits to
line groups.
Corrective action
From the Initialization screen:
1 Press
[ F1 ] to get the Configuration screen.
2 In the Call Flow area, find the line group(s)
(A-D) with no main split assigned.
3 Assign main splits as needed according to
the instructions in “Dynamic
Reconfiguration” in Section 5.
WARNING—One or More Line Groups has No Lines.
Effect on Call Management: Calls cannot come into a line group with no lines.
Possible cause
You have at least one
agent split assigned to at
least one empty line
group.
Corrective action
From the Initialization screen:

Press
[ F1 ] to get the Configuration screen.
In the Call Flow area, find the line group(s)
(A-D) with no lines and at least one agent
split.
If you want to assign lines to an empty
line group, you have to exit call
management and follow the
instructions in “Administering Lines
and Line Groups” in Section 4.
If you want to reassign an agent split
from an empty line group, follow the
instructions in “Dynamic
Reconfiguration" in Section 5 when call
management begins.
