WhatdoestheISDN“Cause”phrasesay?
Thisphrase,whichwillappearsontheISDNstatusscreenwheneverthelineis
released,comesdirectlyfromthete
lephonecompanyequipment,andcanbe
valuablefortroubleshooting.Generally,thesephrasesareself‐explanatory.Getting
themmeansyouareatleasttalkingtotheCentralOfficeequipment.Thereisafull
