significantdelay.Thisisbecausesomeofitspowercomesfromtheabilitytoana
lyzetheaudio
overarelativelylongperiod.LayerIIrequiresthenextlongestdelay,followedbyAAC,AACLD
andG.722.AACLDandG.722haveminimaldelay.
