Setting up Off-premise Message Notification
Follow these instructions if you have not set up Off-Premise Message Notification and are setting
it up for the first time. If you have set up Off-Premise Message Notification, refer to the section on
“Changing Off-premise Message Notification” on page 96.

1 Press ≤·°⁄.
Follow the voice prompts or the display button options to open the
skillset mailbox.
2 If you use the CallPilot interface:
•Press °fi to open the Mailbox Tools
•Press NOTIF or ¤ to open the Off-premise Message
Notification menu
•Go to step 3
If you use the Norstar Voice Mail interface:
•Press ADMIN or °
•Press fl to open the Off-premise Message Notification
menu
•Go to step 3
3 Press ADMIN or ⁄ to set up Off-premise Message Notification.
4 Press PHONE or ⁄ to choose a phone number destination.
5 Enter the destination phone number and press OK or £. The
destination phone number is a maximum of 30 digits.
