Changing an Activity Code
You can change an Activity Code’s name and description. You cannot change an Activity Code’s
number.
1 Click the Call Center heading and click the Activity Codes link.
The Activity Codes page appears.
2 Click the Change link for the Activity Code you want to change.
The Activity Code Setup page appears.
3 Make the changes you want to the Activity Code’s name and description.
4 Click the Submit button.
Deleting an Activity Code
1 Click the Call Center heading and click the Activity Codes link.
The Activity Codes page appears.
2 Click the Delete link for the Activity Code you want to delete.
The Activity Code is deleted from the Activity Codes table.
