Normalization
Globalizes or localizes the incoming calling party
number so that the appropriate calling number

CAST for SIP Establishes communication between the Cisco
Unified Video Advantage (CUVA) and the Cisco
Unified IP phones to support video on the PC even
if the IP phone does not have video capability.

Cisco Extension
Mobility
Allows users to temporarily access their Cisco
Unified IP Phone configuration such as line
appearances, services, and speed dials from shared
Cisco Unified IP Phone by logging into the Cisco
Extension Mobility service on that phone.
Cisco Extension Mobility can be useful if users
work from a variety of locations within your
company or if they share a workspace with
coworkers.
