Message

2. At the Greetings Administration submenu, select the greeting to be
listened to by pressing

Recording a General Mailbox Greeting Message
To record a General Mailbox Greeting Message, follow these steps:
NOTE:
You must be logged in as the General Mailbox (extension 9999) to record
the greeting.
1. See steps 1-3 in the General Mailbox Greeting Administration procedure
above.
2. At the Greetings Administration submenu, press either
1 or
2
,
to
record the primary or alternate personal greeting.
3. Press
1 to begin recording.
4. At the prompt, speak your greeting, reading it from Form P.
5. Press
1 to stop recording.
6. You may then do one of the following:

# to approve your greeting.

3 to play back your greeting.
