3. Using Form DX, enter a valid extension number and press
F1 (DISPLAY)
to display the information about this extension.
If the extension entered does not exist on the telephone switch, a
message appears saying Record Not Found, Type ENTER to
continue. The invalid extension number is cleared from the field.
Check your entry and try again if necessary.
4. Using Form DX, enter the additional information pressing
Enter
after each
field.
5. When all the data requested on the screen is entered, press
F3 (SAVE)
to save the data. Press
Enter
to continue.
