Managing the Voice Mail Messages on the USB Key
To delete unneeded voice mail messages on the USB key, refer to the procedure
below.
NOTE When you click the Reset button, all the voice mail message for all users will be
deleted. The deleted voicemail messages are not recoverable.
STEP 1 Connect to the SPA400 administration web server. (See “Connecting to the
SPA400 Administration Web Server,” on page103.)
STEP 2 Click Administration tab > USB Setting.

Check the I want to reset USB check box.
STEP 4 Click Reset.
STEP 5 When the confirmation message appears, click OK to continue or click Cancel to
end the operation without deleting the messages.
