Description
Absent messages (Message 1 through 6) which
are programmed can be informed to calling party.
Programming can be done at any telephone
(either proprietary telephones or standard
telephones).
When a caller using the proprietary telephone with
LCD dials the extension in which the message is
programmed, it will be displayed on the LCD.

3. Enter the hour (01 through 12)
4. Enter the minute (00 through 59)
5. Dial (0) or (1).
Dial (0) for AM.
Dial (1)for PM.
6. Dial (#)
7. Hang up or press the SP-PHONE button.
Conditions

The absent message will be displayed on the LCD
of the calling party in case of following.
l
When a calling party dials’an extension that is
programmed for absent Message.
l
When the extension is busy.
l
When the extension is set the Do Not Disturb.
