HOW THE NAMES TABLE IS USED
If a caller does not know the extension of the person thy are calling, the extension can
be
determined by calling the Names

If a person is addressing a message from within a mailbox and the extension is not Eiown, the
extension can be determined by pressing

to reach the Names Directory

Once in the Names Directory

callers are prompted to enter the name of the person to
receive the message. The NAMES Table is searched to locate the mailbox number associated with
the name.
