Chapter 7 Off-premise Message Notification 93

Call Center Telephone Administration Guide

To change the destination from pager to telephone or extension

1 Press ≤·°⁄.

Follow the voice prompts or the display button options to open the

skillset mailbox.

2 If you use the CallPilot interface:

•Press °ﬁ to open the Mailbox Tools

•Press NOTIF

or ¤ to open the Off-premise Message

Notification menu

•Go to step 3

If you use the Norstar Voice Mail interface:

•Press ADMIN

or °

•Press ﬂ to open the Off-premise Message Notification

menu

•Go to step 3

3 Press ADMIN

or ⁄ to change Off-premise Message Notification.

The displays shows the first destination type and destination

number.

4 Press CHNG

or ⁄ to change the destination type and the

destination number.

5 Choose the type of destination number:

press PHONE

or ⁄ to choose a telephone number destination

or

press EXT

or ¤ to choose an extension destination.

6 Enter the destination number you want to set up Off-Premise

Message Notification for.

<x> represents the destination number.

Press OK

or £ to accept the destination number

or

press RETRY

or • to re-enter the number.

7 Press NEXT

or £ to continue.

8 Press YES

or ⁄ if you want to set up another destination, and

repeat steps 6 through 8

or

press NO

or £ if you do not want to set up another destination.
