To set up Off-premise Message Notification to an extension
1 Press ≤·°⁄.
Follow the voice prompts or the display button options to open the
skillset mailbox.
2 If you use the CallPilot interface:
•Press °fi to open the Mailbox Tools
•Press NOTIF
or ¤ to open the Off-premise Message
Notification menu
•Go to step 3
If you use the Norstar Voice Mail interface:
•Press ADMIN

•Press fl to open the Off-premise Message Notification
menu
•Go to step 3
3 Press ADMIN
or ⁄ to set up Off-premise Message Notification.
4 Press EXT
or ¤ to choose an extension as the destination.
5 Enter the destination number and press OK
or £.
6 Press OK
or £ to accept the destination extension.
The
<x> represents the extension.
7 Enter the start time for Off-premise Message Notification. This is a
four-digit field. Any single-digit hour and minute must be preceded
by zero.
8 Press AM
or ⁄

PM
or ¤.
9 Press OK
or £ to accept the start time.
10 Enter the time when Off-premise Message Notification is to stop.
This is a four digit field. Any single-digit hour and minute must be
preceded by a zero.
