Deleting an agent
1 Press ·°‹.
Enter the Call Center Administrator Mailbox number and password,
and then press OK
.
2 Press OTHR
.
3 Press CC
.
4 Press AGENT
.
5 Press DEL
.
6 Enter the agent’s ID number and press OK
or
press DIR
to search the directory.
7 The agent’s name is displayed.
Press DEL
.
8 The display shows the agent is deleted.
9 Press ® to end the session.
