Resetting an agent password
1 Press ·°‹.
Enter the Call Center Administrator Mailbox number and
password,
and then press OK
.
2 Press OTHR
.
3 Press CC
.
4 Press AGENT
.
5 Press CHNG
.
6 Enter the ID number of the agent you want to change and press OK
.
If you do not know the agent’s ID number press DIR
to search the
directory.
7 Press RESET
to reset the agent’s password.
8 Press ® to end the session.
