Using the Phone Preferences Window
You can configure your Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920 by using the Phone
Preference window. To open the Phone Preference window, choose Edit >
Settings Wizard or File > New.
There are two ways to configure the phone settings:
• Follow the steps provided by the Settings Wizard to perform the configuration
step-by-step.
• Manually configure the phone in the Phone Preference window.
The Phone Preference window has configuration tabs at the top of the window and
task buttons at the bottom.
The Phone Preference window tabs allow you to configure the following:
• System Parameters
• RF Network
• Network Security
• Phone Settings
• Phone Lock Password
