How to Use the Cisco 7920 Configuration Utility
Note If a user resets the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920 to factory defaults by using the
Phone Settings menu, you must reenter the network configuration settings before
the wireless IP phone can access the AP. You can use the phone menus or the
Cisco 7920 Configuration Utility to reconfigure the phone.

Using the Cisco 7920 Configuration Utility
To use the configuration utility to configure the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920,
follow these steps.
Procedure
Step 1 Power on the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920.
Step 2 Power on the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920, and enable the USB port. Press the
Menu softkey, then select Phone Settings > Enable/Disable USB Port > Enable.
Step 3 Use the USB cable to connect the PC and the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920.
Step 4 To start the application, choose Start > Programs > Cisco Systems 7920 >
Cisco 7920 Configuration Utility.
