Adding Speed Dial Entries
To add a speed dial entry,
1. Click the Add button. The Speed Dial Configuration dialog box appears.
2. The next available ID is filled in for you, or you can select the ID number using the
drop-down arrow.
3. Type in a name for the Speed Dial entry, then enter the full number as you would
dial it, with a maximum of 20 digits per entry. For example, the phone number
914085551212 comprises 9 (trunk access code), 1 (long distance prefix), followed
by 408 (area code), and then the seven-digit telephone number.
Valid digits include 0 through 9, #, *, and (,) comma. The comma represents a
one-second pause, when IP trunks are not used.
