A call has been disconnected.
Retrieve
A parked call has been retrieved.
Park

Conference

Message Notification
A message notification has been sent by CyberGenie
to a user.
Auto-Attendant
Timeout
A call has been re-routed after three failed attempts
by CyberGenie to understand caller request.
Paging

A call was forwarded from handset because of busy
