User Setup
The system supports up to 20 users. Users can be
assigned to an available handset or assigned a
mailbox only.
Setting up a New User
CyberGenie@Work uses four tabs for information
when setting up a new user:
General
General user data such as name and extension.
External number
The user’s contact information.
Call forwarding
How to route unanswered calls.
Messaging
How and where to notify the user when messages
arrive.
To set up a new user:
1. Access the Configuration window if not already
there.
2. From the CyberGenie@Work menu bar, click .
The New User, Step 1 of 4: General screen will
appear:
Enter the following:
User Extension The system defaults to the next
available extension number. Change it by typing
