Changing Sort Order
Messages are sorted by mailbox, sender or recipient.
To change the sort order:
1. Access the Voicemail window.
2. Click the column heading by which you want to
sort. Click again to reverse the sort order.
Deleting Messages
NOTE:
Once deleted,
you will not be able to
recover the voicemail
message.
As is necessary for system maintenance, a system
administrator may need to delete voicemail
messages after they have been reviewed.
To delete messages:
1. Access the Voicemail window.
NOTE:
When there are
no messages in the
voicemail log, the
icon will not appear.
2. Highlight the message to be deleted and either
press the Delete key on your keyboard or click
the icon.
3. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
Messages are automatically saved unless manually
deleted.
