Operator's Parameters - Day Mode - Operator 3
Operator-seeking calls to Operator 3, when Operator 2 is busy or unanswered and Operator 2's
parameters are set as follows.
Busy Coverage Mode - No Answer Coverage
No Answer Coverage Mode - next Operator
No Answer

(Caller Select)
Specifies how Operator 2 calls are handled when not
answered within the time period set through the
"Operator No Answer Time" mode.
1. Caller Select - This selection allows the caller to leave
a message or call another extension.
2. Leave Message - The caller is instructed to leave a
message in Operator 2's mailbox.
3. Disconnect message - The caller is disconnected after
playing "
Thank you for calling.
"
4. Next Operator - The system transfers the call to
Operator 3.
To select Operator Parameters - Day Mode - Operator 3, follow the menu path as
shown:
