External Message
Delivery Service
allows a subscriber to send a message to
several subscribers and non-subscribers
(including outside parties) at the same time.
This feature also permits the receiver to reply
to the message without having to specify the
mailbox number.
COS programming determines whether this
feature can be used or not.
