Central Office, such as Call Waiting, etc. This is performed by
putting the current party on hold and sending a flash signal.
Conditions • This feature is effective only during an outside call. However, if the
FLASH feature (Disconnection signal) is activated by the user, this
feature will not work.
• The flash time must be assigned as required by the host PBX or outside
(CO) line.
• With a proprietary telephone, the FLASH button is used to perform this
feature . With a single line telephone, flashing the hookswitch and
entering the feature number are used to perform this feature .
• During outside calls, a FLASH stored in System Speed Dialing,
Personal Speed Dialing or One-Touch Dialing features as External
Feature Access, not as a Flash.
