Cisco IP Phone-to-Cisco IP Phone—Basic SIP to SIP Call with
Authentication
Figure C-4 illustrates a call from one Cisco IP Phone to another where
authentication by the SIP server is required. Table C-7 describes these actions in
detail. Table C-8 shows the log of these actions.
The call flow is as follows:
1. Authentication is requested for call initiated by Cisco IP Phone A.
2. Call is established between Cisco IP Phone A and Cisco IP Phone B.
3. Call is terminated.
