The serial V.35/RS-449/RS-530 network interface module is available for
VSX 7000, VSX 7000s, VSX 7000e, and VSX 8000 systems.

If you are not able to make test calls successfully and you have verified that the
equipment is installed and set up correctly, contact your Polycom distributor
or Polycom Technical Support.

Enter the following information, then ask a question or describe the problem.
This information helps us to respond faster to your issue:
The 14-digit serial number in the System Information screen (also present
on the bottom of the system)
The software version (from the home screen, select System > System
Information)
Information about your network
Troubleshooting steps you have already tried
When the serial V.35/RS-449/RS-530
network interface...
It means...
Indicators are off No power to the system, or
The system is not communicating
with the network, or
The system is restarting.
Yellow indicator is on The system is receiving a clock signal
from the network (able to make a call).
Yellow and green indicators are on The system is in a call.
