Editing
entries

Select the file in which the desired entry is stored.
2. Select the entry in the Index mode or display it in the
View mode.
3. Press

to open the Edit mode.
4. Make the desired changes.

The new, correct entry is now stored.
Deleting
Deleting single entries

Select the entry in the Index mode or display it in the
View mode.
2. Press
(m),
touch
-1,
and select DATA
DELETION.
A submenu opens.
3. Select SELECTED ENTRY.
A warning message will appear asking if you are sure you
want to delete the entry.
4. Touch

to cancel the deletion).

You can also delete single entries by pressing

Deleting all entries
1. Press

in the Index or View
mode and select DATA DELETION.
A submenu appears.
2. Select ALL ANN 1 or ALL ANN 2.
A warning message will appear asking if you are sure you
want to delete all entries in the file.
