3.8.3 Deleting a Phone Book Record
To delete a Phone Book record:
1) Press the button. If the LCD Menu is locked, use the unlock procedure (refer to
Section 3.3 Lock/Unlock Configuration).
2) Press button, or move cursor to 5.Directory using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys, and press
the [ OK ] Softkey.
3) Press button, or move cursor to 1.Phone Book using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys, and
press the [ OK ] Softkey.
4) Select a contact to edit using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys.
5) Press the [ Yes ] Softkey to delete the selected contact.
6) The contact is deleted and the LIP-6812/LIP-6830 returns to the Phone Book list.
3.8.4 Deleting All Records
To delete all Phone Book records:
1) Press the button. If the LCD Menu is locked, use the unlock procedure (refer to
Section 3.3 Lock/Unlock Configuration).
2) Press button, or move cursor to 5.Directory using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys, and press
the [ OK ] Softkey.
3) Press button, or move cursor to 1.Phone Book using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys, and
press the [ OK ] Softkey.
4) Press the [DAll] Softkey after moving to the next group of Softkey using the
key.
5) Press the [ Yes ] Softkey to delete.
