5) Press the button to exit the menu.
3.7.7 Caller ID Blocking
The LIP Phone normally sends the assigned Display Name as the SIP Caller ID; the LIP Phone
can send an Anonymous Caller ID in SIP headers.
To set Caller Id Bloccking:
1) Press the button. If the LCD Menu is locked, use the unlock procedure (refer to
Section 3.3 Lock/Unlock Configuration).
2) Press button, or move cursor to 4.Call Preferences using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys,
and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
3) Press button, or move cursor to 7.Caller ID Blocking using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys,
and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
4) Press the [ Yes ] Softkey to enable Caller ID Blocking, or press the [ No ] Softkey to disable
Caller ID Blocking.
5) Press the button to exit the menu.
3.7.8 Anonymous Call Block
The LIP-6812 & LIP-6830 can block incoming calls that are using Anonymous Caller ID.
To set Anonymous Call Blocking:
1) Press the button. If the LCD Menu is locked, use the unlock procedure (refer to
Section 3.3 Lock/Unlock Configuration).
2) Press button, or move cursor to 4.Call Preferences using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys,
and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
3) Press button, or move cursor to 8.Anonymous Call Block using the [Next]/[Prev]
Softkeys, and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
4) Press the [Yes ] Softkey to enable Anonymous Call Block, or press the [ No ] Softkey to
disable Anonymous Call Block.
Auto Answer
Current value is ‘Yes’.
[Yes ] [ No ]
Caller ID Blocking
Current value is ‘Yes’.
