To edit a Phone Book record:
1) Press the button. If the LCD Menu is locked, use the unlock procedure (refer to
Section 3.3 Lock/Unlock Configuration).
2) Press button, or move cursor to 5.Directory using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys, and press
the [ OK ] Softkey.
3) Press button, or move cursor to 1.Phone Book using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys, and
press the [ OK ] Softkey.
4) Select a contact to edit using the [Next]/[Prev] Softkeys.
5) Press the [Edit] Softkey after moving to the next group of Softkeys using the
key.
6) Enter the new Name for the contact and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
7) Enter the new Number for the contact and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
8) Enter the new Speed number for the contact and press the [ OK ] Softkey.
9) The contact is modified and the LIP-6812/LIP-6830 returns to the Phone Book list.
To enter alpha-numeric characters select the [Mode] Softkey (refer to Appendix E. for
the character mapping of Dial pad digits).
