19.1.5 Receiving an Incoming Call
When you receive a call, Verizon
One
will display the In Call screen
which displays Caller ID* information
(if available). The
In Call screen also
provides screen commands that you can
touch with your stylus to answer, route
or disconnect an Incoming Call, or
perform other phone functions:
*Caller ID subscription is required.
**Available to Verizon Home Voice Mail
subscribers only.
Commands & Symbols Action
Disconnect the call.
Transfer the call.
Answer Call Wait

Answer a call on speakerphone.
Get a map and/or driving directions for this caller.
Forward a call to Voice Mail.
Indicates that your caller is on Hold. To take a caller
off Hold, either select the
Hold icon or press the
Hold button on the Base.
Indicates that your caller is on Mute. (Person you
called cannot hear you). To take a caller
off Mute,
either select the
Mute icon or press the Mute button
on the Base.
