Navigating through the Advanced
Configuration Tool
As you navigate through the various
screens of the Verizon One
Communications Subsystem, the name of
the active page that you have selected will
appear in the upper-left side of the screen,
as shown below. Please note that the
actual values may differ from the values
displayed in the screens:
Administrative Password
The following settings will be displayed if
you select Administrative Password
from the Maintenance menu. After you enter
your data into the appropriate settings, click
Change:
NOTE: If you are not an authorized user
and do not know the Administrative ID and
password, you will not be able to change the
values (Verizon One cannot be configured
unless the user is logged in). Contact your
network administrator for further instructions.
Enter Administrative Name
Note: This changes the Systems
Administrator password - not the PPP
password.
Type the name of your network
administrator.
Note: Same as VOL Primary User ID.
Enter Administrative Password
Type your network administrator’s
password.
Note: Same as VOL Primary Password.
Verify Administrative Password
Re-type your network administrator’s
password.
