When to use Use the information in this section whenever you need to verify
that the Dialers file contains an entry for the type of
communication device you are installing.
Types of

The following table lists the types of AT&T certified communication
devices that you can use.
* Any devices that are connected to the 3715 modem must
specify the hayes device type in the Devices file.
Example: ACU ttysak - g1200 hayes
Dial strings
for modems
