Start at the UNIX prompt.

Start at the UNIX root prompt.
Step Action
1 Log in as root.
2 Insert the installation diskette.
3 Enter the following command:
pkgadd -d diskette1
4 Follow the screen prompts until the installation is
complete.
5 Go to Procedure 2: Configure the device driver.
Step Action
1 Enter the following command:
mpi
Result: A welcome window displays.
2 Navigate through the screens until the Board
Configuration window displays.
