Description Specifies the minimum delay, in 10-millisecond units, of the jitter buffer.
Value Range
1 or 2 (´ 10 ms)
Note
• This setting is subject to the following conditions:
– This value must be less than or equal to "NOM_DELAY"
– This value must be less than "MAX_DELAY"
– "MAX_DELAY" must be greater than "NOM_DELAY"
