3. If you are using an account that is already configured on your handheld, the
account information will already be entered. If not, enter the following:

You do not need to fill in these fields if the account is a synchronize-only
account and the mail client is
not
Direct POP or Direct IMAP.
4. Under Handheld Settings, click Server Settings.
Display Name
Enter the name you want to appear on your outgoing
messages, such as “Joe Smith.”
E-mail Address
Enter the e-mail address of the account you are accessing,
such as examplename@yahoo.com.
Username
Enter the username you use to access your e-mail. This is
generally the part of your e-mail address appearing before
the @ symbol; it is usually not your entire e-mail address.
Password
Enter the password for this account.
