Telephony Features Available for the Cisco Unified IP Phone
Call forward
configurable display
Allows you to specify information that appears on
a phone when a call is forwarded. This information
can include the caller name, caller number,
redirected number, and original dialed number.

Call forward

nation override
Allows you to override Call Forward All (CFA) in
cases where the CFA target places a call to the CFA
initiator. This feature allows the CFA target to
reach the CFA initiator for important calls. The
override works whether the CFA target phone
number is internal or external.

Call park Allows users to park (temporaril
y store) a call and
then retrieve the call by using another phone in the
Cisco Unified Communications Manager system.

Call pickup Allows users to redirect a call that is ringing on
ano
ther phone within their pickup group to their
phone.
You can configure an audio and/or visual alert for

he primary line on the phone. This alert notifies
the users that a call is ringing in their pickup group.

Call waiting Indicates (and allows users to answer) an incoming
call that rings while on another ca
