2.1 Properties

(Video Insertion Unit) live video and RGB data can be displayed on ATLAS and
OVERVIEW Display Walls and be integrated into the X window applications or a Microsoft Win-
dows desktop controlled by EOS.
The video- and RGB-windows displayed by VISU
PLUS
can be manipulated in contrast, brightness,
color etc. As well they can be zoomed in and out.
The V

PLUS
system is a modular system, which holds a processor board, one to four input mod-
ules and one to four output modules. Any combination of inputs and outputs is possible, i.e. you
may for example have two output cards, two video input cards and two RGB input cards installed.
This then offers you the possibility to display two video and two RGB sources anywhere within a
2x1 or 1x2 display matrix area.

With VISU
PLUS
live video and RGB pictures can be inserted into the display of the EOS X Terminal
or EOS Workstation for Windows NT/2000. In this way, video or RGB data may be displayed
within an X window or a video window respectively and may be controlled in the same way as any
other window concerning resizing and moving.
